Cherry HD Feminized Seed

Meet Cherry HD, the new and improved version of traditional Cherry hemp seed! Cherry has been a popular choice among growers since the very beginning of the CBD industry because it's excellent for extraction. However, the only downside to regular Cherry is that it takes longer to grow, which can cause concern for certain conditions. As a solution, we experimented with a number of ways we could change this! We tried several different breeding combinations to get the results we wanted and increase the vigor, size and strength of the plant. While we were running these experiments, we took great care to make sure that we did not lose the fantastic terpene or cannabinoid content. After several trials, we found success! This new variety is what we call Cherry HD. Cherry HD is a fast growing, larger plant capable of competing with the weeds and creating a quick canopy. Hemp Seed FAQ

1What is the average cost of hemp seed?
Cost of hemp seed is important because it plays a large role in determining a hemp farmer's ROI. The price of hemp seed depends on the type, quantity, and quality being purchased. At CBD Seed Co., we offer a discount for larger purchases. For example, the price of an order of 14 feminized hemp seeds is $7.00 per seed. However, if you buy more than a pound of 95% feminized hemp seed, the prices is $0.05 per seed.
2What type of hemp seed should I buy?
It all depends on what your hemp will be used for and what your budget is. Regular hemp seed is more affordable than feminized hemp seed. However, feminized seed produces more female plants which have higher CBD content. Therefore, if you're planning on growing hemp for CBD extraction, we recommend feminized seed. However, if you plan on growing hemp for fiber or grain, then regular hemp seed is the better choice since you'll save money on upfront costs.
3What part of the plant does CBD come from?
CBD is extracted from the flowers and stalks of hemp plants. Hemp seeds do not have CBD, but rather produce high CBD plants.
4Where can I grow hemp?
Hemp is legal by federal law in all fifty states. That said, some states still have restrictions on where hemp can be grown. For example, some states do not allow hemp to be grown within close proximity of a school or residential building. Other states allow people to grow a limited number of hemp plants for personal use on their property. It's important to know the state laws that apply to your operations as well as the federal ones. As far as climate goes, hemp is very hardy and can be grown almost anywhere. The only exception is regions that are particularly dry and hot . Even regions with a short growing season can still produce hemp. However, it is best cultivated in warm weather and well drained soil.
5What is the difference between feminized hemp seed and regular hemp seed?
Feminized hemp seeds and regular hemp seeds look the same on their outside. But their genetic composition is different. Feminized seeds are the result of a female plant crossing with a female plant. Regular seeds are the result of a male plant crossing with a male plant. Feminized hemp seeds lack male chromosomes. They are bred to produce mostly (up to 99.95%) female plants.
6Are feminized hemp seeds worth the cost?
While feminized seed is more expensive, many farmers are willing to make the investment because they know they will be able to grow more female plants. Typically, more CBD can be extracted from female plants than male plants.
